Ayvree Lyn Christian

Since I had a c-section with Paizlee my Dr advised that I have another one with Ayvree. We had a scheduled c-section on April 27th, we had to be there at 5 AM to start prepping for surgery and the actual c-section would start at 7:30AM. My Aunt Tiff came over about 4:30AM to stay with Paizlee, and Cory and I headed to the hospital. Once we got there I got dressed in a gown, and they started putting IV's in and getting things ready. They tried about 4 times to get the IV in but kept missing my vessel, they finally called in a Dr and he got it in the first try. Thank goodness cause it hurt and I was already starting to bruise! My Mom, both of my Grandmas, Corys Grandma, and his friend, Paul, were all there to wish us luck before we went into the operating room. We walked into the operating room a little after 7:30 and got things going right away. It is such a weird feeling knowing you are going to see your baby within a few minutes, and its also scary to get an epidural when you arent even in labor! They put some medicine in my back to kind of numb me, then they started to put the epidural in. It didnt hurt, but it was a lot of pressure and made a weird noise as it was going in. Thankfully I could lean on Cory the and talk to him the whole time to keep me preoccupied! After the epidural was in I laid down and waited a few minutes to be completely dnumb. I threw up a little, the Dr said it was cause they just put a ton of medicine in my body at one time. After that, I felt completely calm. I was very relaxed and ready to meet my baby. Although I was REALLY cold and shaking pretty mad. They said they were going to start cutting, and within a few minutes I felt a ton of pressure, then I heard my sweet babys take her very first breath and cry for the first time. It is the most UNREAL feeling in the world. They cut her cord and brought her over so I could see her, tears just ran down my face as I seen my daughter for the very first time. Meeting your child for the first time is the most awarding, exciting, precious moment you will EVER have in your life. Words cant even describe it. She weighed 7.3 and was 18 inches long. After that, Cory went with her to the nursery while they finished with the operation. As soon as they were done they wheeled me into the recovery room where my Grandmas and Mom were waiting for me. I remember being SO thirsy and couldnt wait to drink some water. So they brought me a cup of ice water, then brought in my baby so I could hold her for the first time. She was so perfect and I could not believe that is what was inside me for 9 months, kicking and moving all the time. I just soaked up my first few minutes with her, then decided to share so my family could hold her! We finally got put into a room, and had non stop visitors until we went home. The most important visitor was Paizlee. She was so excited to meet her sissy. It was so nice to get home and have my family under the same roof. I am also grateful for my family and all the gifts, visits, meals, and taking Paizlee when I needed a break!

Happy Halloween!

This year for Halloween Paizlee dressed up as a kitty.
She is obsessed with cats, and everytime she see's one she one she has to "meow".
On Halloween we went to my Grandmas Church's Trunk-or-Treat.
They had a dinner and served homemade chili, sloppy joes, chips, homemade tamales, chips, homemade rootbeer, and lots of donuts and cookies.
Cheryl and Grandma Bonnie met Me, Paizlee, and Misty at the dinner and we all ate then got ready to get some candy. Cory got off work just in time and met us before we started trunk or treating.

After we got tons of candy at the Trunk-or-Treat, we headed over to my Grandma and Grandpa Moras house. The whole family on that side goes over there on Halloween and just hangs out. This year Paizlee was old enough to run around and play with her cousins London, Jayden, and Brenlee. She absolutely loves them.

They are seriously the cutest kids ever and we love them all so much. After we hung out with family Cheryl, Paizlee, and I went and stayed at a hotel in Clearfield. It was such a fun day! I love Halloween, but I am SOO excited it is now time for the Holidays and Paizlee's 2nd Birthday.

On a side note: We finally got a house. It it perfect for our little family. We get to move in on December 1, just in time to decorate for Christmas :) And, we went to a ultrasound appt on Friday and they think the baby is a girl. But I go back in on the 11th and we will know for sure. I still have a feeling its a boy :)

Catch up!

Let's play catch up...

We have been pretty busy lately...
I will just post about a few things that have been going on lately.

Paizlee and I went on a weekend roadtrip to Green River, Wyoming to stay with Corys Mom. We had lots of fun. We went bowling, to breakfast, shopping, and just enjoyed each others company.
Paizlee and Grandma Cheryl

Cory, Paizlee, Grandma Judy, me, My Parents, Peanut, and my niece Brenlee all went to the Circus in SLC. And that was SO much fun. We will for sure be back next year.

On Oct 15, me, Grandma Judy, Paizlee, Aunt Misty, and Cousin Cheyenne went to Gardner's Village for Witch's Fest. We all dressed up, ate at a yummy restaurant, and bought delicious candied apples.

We also found out that we are expecting another baby!! We couldn't be happier. We are so happy that Paizlee gets a little brother or sister. I am due May 4th, but have a scheduled c-section appointment on April 27th. Hopefully I will go into labor a little earlier with this one. We are supposed to find out if we are having a boy or girl next weekend and are super stoked. We can't wait to start shopping. We already love our baby in the belly :)

It is still a shock to me that I get another perfect baby like this sweet girl.

So, besides all the fun things we have been doing, and finding out I am pregnant again, nothing has changed. We are still loving life, Paizlee is still as cute and smart as can be, and we are so happy right now :) :)

Helping Grandma

I know I have said this before.
But my Grandma Murdock is one of my very best friends.
I love her more than I could ever be able to describe.
I can count on her for anything, and she is an amazing woman.
She has a heart of gold.

I am so grateful that Paizlee has such a close relationship with her too.
She is almost as close to my Grandma as she is me.
My Grandma adores her, and she adores my Grandma.

Last night my Grandma was watering the plants ans flowers in the backyard.
And, Paizlee wanted to help :)

Paizlee thinks she is such a big girl.
She loves helping around the house and doing "chores"
Let's hope it stays that way

:)

Summer sure is going by fast.
We are having fun...
Doing the usual...Swimming, camping, walks, going to parks,

Paizlee & Grandma Traci

Watching Fireworks..

Paiz & Great Grandpa Mike

Paizlee & Great Grandma Judy
On the 4th we went over to my parents house, had snacks, and watched fireworks.
Paiz of course loved the fireworks :)

We have a little pool, and a ring that shoots water out of it in my Grandparents backyard. Paizlee really likes to go play in them. She will start shivering cause she gets cold, but wont stop playing around. I think Cory likes to play with the water toys just as much as her... :)

Daddy & Paizlee

We also had a BBQ over at my Grandparents house. Me and Paiz had a little photo shoot before everyone showed up...

She has the prettiest, brightest eyes EVER!

I love how mnay teeth she has, she in turning into our little girl. I don't know what is up with her eye though lol

Laughing so hard. She has the cutest personality.

Telling the dogs "shhh"

Paizlee is our pride & joy. She is all I think about. She honestly completes me. Cory and I are the luckiest parents to have her as our daughter. She is perfect. I love her more then words can describe :)

I also need to start bloggin more! This blog is for me and my family. To remember all the special memories.

Fathers Day

This Fathers Day was REALLY laid back.
My Grandparents had a BBQ, and we just relaxed and hung out with
Family!

I have the BEST Dad and Grandpa's in the world.
I am so grateful, and would not trade them for the world.

Cory is also such a great Dad to Paizlee.
She sure does love her Daddy.
